These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PiperBlush.com (the "Service"), operated by PiperBlush.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing PiperBlush.com, creating an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (c) are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where such content is legal; (d) accept these Terms in their entirety.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT AND ADULT CONTENT

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. Our Service contains adult-oriented, sexually explicit content not suitable for minors.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Verotel, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support@piperblush.com.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will apply at your next renewal.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion and will be credited to the original payment method only.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content: All content on PiperBlush.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. This license terminates upon any breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Uses: You may not: Download (except for temporary caching), copy, or store content except for personal use; Distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, or repost content; Use content for commercial purposes; Remove copyright or proprietary notices; Access content through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.).

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months; These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PiperBlush.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your use of the Service; Your violation of these Terms; Your violation of any third-party rights; Any content you submit or share.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination: Your right to use the Service will cease immediately; We may delete your account and associated data; Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to jury trial and class actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service announcement. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PiperBlush.com.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or acquirer.
